Registration for Musical Theatre Camp is done through Artists’ Play Dance Studio
To register for Explore Music Camp you will need to:
- Complete the registration form (below) and hand in to the office (scan and sign is fine).
- Pay the $100 non-refundable deposit either in person (credit, cash or cheque) or send an interac transfer to info@ontheoffbeat.ca or call in with your credit card information during our office hours (Monday – Friday from 4:00 – 8:00pm)
We will also need the Code of Conduct and Emergency Contact Information for the first day of camp (found in the policies below)
