Jay Richard is a musician, actress, and songwriter based in Toronto, Ontario. Originally from Nova Scotia, Jay has 7+ years of experience in teaching and childcare. Trained vocally in musical theatre, jazz, pop, and classical singing, she also plays piano, ukulele and a variety of other instruments. Her skill draws from a wide variety of experiences as a teacher, performer, writer, director, and childcare professional. Jillie recently finished the Integrated Conservatory Certificate program at The American Musical and Dramatic Academy and is passionate about creating a safe, energized space where students have the freedom to explore their musical creativity.
