Kyle has been playing violin since the early age of 5. He holds a Bachelor of Music from the University of Toronto and recently received his Bachelor of Education from the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education (OISE) at the University of Toronto. Kyle has six years experience teaching students of varying ages and skill level in private and group instruction in several music institutions across the GTA including the Regent Park School of Music, Toronto French School and Toronto Montessori School. His passion for music brought him to teach and perform internationally in Hong Kong and Abu Dhabi. He has trained students for school auditions, Royal Conservatory examinations and the Canadian Music Competition. He has studied under Heratch and Catherine Manoukian, Philip Nolte of the London Symphony and Mark Skazinetsky of the Toronto Symphony. Kyleʼs approach to teaching music aims to develop a life long appreciation and love for music by tailoring to the individual interests and needs of each student. Outside of teaching, Kyle performs frequently with the BACHelor Quartet playing weddings and other special functions.
