OTOB requires a completed registration form, signed policy sheet and a deposit of $100 to hold your spot in our summer camps. All remaining fees are due before the camp starts. You can either scan and sign the forms and send us an e-transfer to firstname.lastname@example.org or drop by in person to the office and hand in your form and cheque or cash.
